Our team is involved in this service throughout the purchase process, from the moment the supplier is developed until the merchandise is delivered to the customer's warehouse. We do all of this with the aim of minimizing risks and controlling the product quality.
We make a visit to the manufacturer's facilities to make sure that it exists, that it is registered with the local authority and that it has the necessary infrastructure to manufacture the merchandise.
We carry out a review of the physical conditions of the container, we make a record of the packaging conditions and a qualitative analysis of the quality of the products within which we review the caliber, color, defects, conditions and temperature. We also make a record of defective parts.
The quality inspection consists of performing a random sampling of the order to check the quality of the product. This service is usually carried out at the end of production and can be done at the supplier's plant, at the customer's warehouse or at the Freight Forwarder's yard.
The cargo inspection consists of verifying the packaging of the merchandise, counting the number of packages and corroborating the general conditions in which the container is found at the time of loading.
We carry out a shipping inspection to verify the conditions of the container and to ensure that the shipment of the merchandise is carried out in an orderly manner and in accordance with the shipping documents, invoice and packing list.
